Nope. Just leave your bag at your chosen spot (doorstep, concierge, package room). When you’re set up in SMRT, you can designate your preferred drop-off spot in your profile.

After your first order, we supply a reusable bag. You just place your items in your own bag (or any disposable bag) with your name, and once returned, you’ll have a proper bag for next time.

Leave it somewhere sheltered and visible. In condo buildings, package rooms or concierge desks often work well — specify that in your SMRT profile so the driver knows where to look.

SMRT sends you a reminder before pickup. If we arrive and don’t see your bag, you’ll see a “missed pickup” option in the app or portal so you can reschedule for the next available route.

Yes — contact us to see if your request can be added to today’s route. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance we can accommodate it.

Yes — you’ll get texts, app push messages, or portal notifications: pickup reminders, cleaning status, and delivery ETAs.

Yes — we don’t use traditional perchloroethylene (“perc”). Instead, we use non-perc solvent methods and professional wet cleaning tailored per fabric. It’s effective and safer for people and the planet.
