Yes – but it depends on the piece. We evaluate the fiber, dye stability, and construction first, then choose a method that protects sheen and prevents spotting. For higher-risk silks, we use controlled cleaning and finishing to avoid that “crunchy” or streaked look.

Can you remove makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, or body oil from designer fabrics?

Most of the time, yes. Those stains usually need the right pre-treatment and patience – especially on silk, light colors, and underarms. The key is telling us what it is (and not heat-setting it at home).
